Order of Goods
- Goods can be ordered by e-mail info@gali.lt or phone +370 682 38292. Please, point:
- item code and quantity;
- personal/company details if you need advance Invoice;
- how would you like to reclaim the goods;
- phone or e-mail; - Within 24 hours, we will send you confirmation number and advance Invoice by e-mail.
Payments
- Time of payments to be made is within 5 working days since the day when we sent you confirmation number and advance Invoice by e-mail.
- Your order turns invalid if you fail to make payments within the time required.
- Amount in Invoice is without the delivery expenses, except we agreed it in advance.
- After receiving your payment, we inform you and agree with you for goods commit.
- We take in litas and euro currencies.
Delivery of Goods
- Ordered with us in advance reclaiming time, you can pick up goods in Vilnius yourself. Smaller things we can deliver to any place in Vilnius as well.
- Goods can be delivered to any place in Lithuania by post or Courier Company for the additional fee, which we agree with you in advance.
- Goods can be delivered to any place in the world by post or Delivery Company for the additional fee, which we agree with you in advance. We will check if goods require special permissions for delivery to foreign country.
Please note, we always looking for the best ways that you get the goods safety and for the lowest price. For example, we have special possibilities to deliver things to Riga (and many other Latvian regions) and Stockholm County.
Return of Goods
- In case you want return a good, then you must send us an email with item code, order number and the reason (defect, not this good or etc.) and we during 3 working days will send you information with the returning conditions.
- The goods in the original package can be returned within 14 working days from the goods delivery day.
- Goods to be returned have to be insured by a courier company or in amount equal to the real value of the underwriter.
- The costs incurred concerning shipment and return of goods is not reimbursed.
Privacy and Safety
- All the private documents received or submitted and required for the delivery of goods, are in disposition only for the person in charge, information received is not revealed to any other third person.
